For this project, entitled Whiskey Echo, a 32-page artist book was conceived, written, made, and printed during July 2019 in Iceland.

The piece explores the Snæfellness Peninsula and combines coded poetry (in the form of the NATO phonetic alphabet) and altered images containing clouded letterforms.

The project grapples with heartbreak, the Icelandic landscape, and climate change.
