A bed is one of the few places where you can do nothing because doing nothing is allowed there.
For this performance, I asked strangers to do nothing but lie down with me in my bed, to explore ways of sharing the bed out of the laws of patriarchy and systemic violence, where sharing bed is understood as sexual consent.
In this piece, together, we learn and create non violent bonds that go beyond words sharing an intimate space that became public for a day.
Lying down becomes a radical position standing against violence and a posture of resistance.
