Places in nature evoke emotions that are not categorized or always easy to define, they can be of emptiness, scattered and irrational. I look for patterns, structures, surfaces and shapes in places in nature that I transfer into drawings, and into metal when I work with jewellery. In my drawings in this project I am seeking to capture some of the shapes and the movements of the land and landscape I have visited here. It is a way of seeing a place and letting a place take form in me.
