The concept is based on the current fundamental feeling that our reality and our perception of what has reliable meaning are undergoing serious changes. They range from individual questions of personal identity to the collective role of humans on this planet. These upheavals are fuelled by constantly accelerating communication, which often oscillates between escalation and oblivion. The striking sentence and the basic characteristic of clocks to be constantly in motion come together in my work to form a central moment: that the difference between meaningful and meaningless constellations is a question of time.
