Lichens have always been important for our environment, not only in an ecological way but also in a symbiotic manner. They shows us how we can collaborate with other organisms, and how to interact with other non-humans. Lichens are an example of how other forms of living are possible, we just need to look closer to our surroundings to amaze ourselves with other universes. The paintings in the correlation project shows us how we can have a connection between many different organisms. This paintings are from my walks in the city of Reykjavik. They show case different shapes and colours. Making the paintings is a form of re showing macro organism that coexist with humans and non humans.
